Luxury Sheet Cake

Decorated sponge traybake with vanilla buttercream in a choice of colours.


Presented in a gift box with ribbon tie.


Any personalisation can go in the centre of the cake (up to 4 words)


Cake serves up to 12.  The mixture is equivalent to 12 cupcakes.


Collections available Wednesday-Saturdays. Collection times vary.


Vanilla sheetcake - Ingredients: baking spread (Vegetable Oils (70%) [Rapeseed, Palm, Palm Kernel], Water, Salt (1.1%), Reconstituted Buttermilk, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Colour (Carotenes), Vitamin A, Vitamin D), sugar, wheat flour, eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, baking powder(Raising Agents (Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates), Rice Flour).

Chocolate - as above plus cocoa powder (Cocoa Powder*, Acidity Regulators (Potassium Hydroxide, Potassium Carbonates), *Rainforest Alliance Certified), dark chocolate (Cocoa Mass*, Sugar, Lactose (Milk), Emulsifier (Soya Lecithins), Vanilla Extract, Chocolate contains: Cocoa Solids 50% minimum, *Rainforest Alliance Certified)

Occasionally it's necessary for us to switch brands for ingredients so please notify us of any specific allergies.


Contains EGG, MILK, GLUTEN. May contain traces of nuts.


The cake is best collected no more than 1 day prior to consumption. Once the cake has been cut, it needs to be stored in an airtight container. 

  • Cake Care

    Usually store in a cool dark place until cutting. If it's hot weather, store in the fridge. Once cut, store in an airtight container and cake should last for 3 days from collection.
